Scans & identification

If a scan misidentifies an item, tap the item name to edit it manually — the AI result is always editable. If scans are failing consistently, try again in a few minutes or enter the item name manually; you can also email us with details.

Inventory & data

Your inventory (photos, cost basis, sale records) is stored on your device and is never wiped by an app update. You can delete individual items from Item Detail, or delete the app to remove all locally stored data. For privacy questions, email privacy@opstudio.dev.

Subscriptions

Pricebird Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Inventory tracking and profit math stay free whether or not you subscribe.
